BSc (Hons) Clinical Language Sciences (Leeds Metropolitan University)
Experience:
10 years as an NHS SLT in Wakefield and Leeds (schools and clinics). Specialist roles in Language Disorder and developing innovative school based approaches (School Support Lead) including Communication Friendly Schools audits. Director and Clinical Lead of Interactions Speech and Language Therapy since 2016.
Additional Training:
Registered Trauma-Informed Practitioner (TISCUK), Sensory Inclusion Facilitator (SIF), Word Aware, Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Makaton L1, Derbyshire Language Scheme, Lego Therapy, Colourful Semantics, Nuffield Dyspraxia Programme, SCERTS, Trauma Informed practitioner.
